Eligibility

• Participants and dogs must meet the minimum age and other eligibility requirements shown for each class or program.
• Canine vaccinations are required under our Vaccination Policy.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration, including information about aggression or aggressive behavior exhibited by your dog.
• Participation is at your own risk, and you should ensure that both you and your dog are in good health to take part.

Registration and Payment

• Registration fees and retail purchases are refundable or returnable only under the applicable Zoom Room refund and returns policy.
• Payments must be processed through our approved payment platforms.

Code of Conduct

• Participants must treat others with respect during classes and associated activities.
• Dog behavioral issues or aggression, including bites to a human or other animal, must be reported to store staff before training begins or as soon as an incident occurs.
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in expulsion from services without a refund.
• Dogs known to be ill or showing signs of illness should not enter a Zoom Room or attend services.

Assumption of Risk

• By participating, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with dog training activities, which may involve injury or illness to you or your dog.
• Zoom Room Franchising is not liable for injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during classes or while on the premises, to the extent permitted by law.

Class Changes and Cancellations

• Zoom Room Dog Training may modify class details, including date, location, or format, due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If a class is cancelled, refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Intellectual Property

• All content, including logos, designs, and materials, is the property of Zoom Room Dog Training and may not be used without permission.
• Photos and videos taken during classes and events may be used for promotional purposes where permitted by law and applicable releases.

Collection and Use of Data

• We may collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, and addresses to provide and improve our services.
• We will not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
• We may use anonymized and aggregated information for analytical and marketing purposes.

SMS Messaging Terms

• Participation in Zoom Room's SMS program is optional. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
• If you opt in to service texts, you agree to receive recurring messages about appointments and classes, account and service updates, and customer care.
• If you separately opt in to promotional texts, you agree to receive recurring offers and announcements. Promotional consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies based on your bookings and interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out. We may send one final message confirming your opt-out. To re-enroll, use the website opt-in or reply START. Reply HELP for help or email [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details about our data practices, see our Privacy Policy.

Privacy

By using our services, you acknowledge the collection and use of information described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Zoom Room Dog Training is not responsible for damages or losses arising from participation, attendance, or use of our services or facilities, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where the applicable Zoom Room Dog Training location is located. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
