Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all classes and sessions are booked in advance. Your first step is a 30-minute Orientation where you'll tour the gym, meet the team, and learn how our training works. After that, you can book classes on a flexible schedule that works for you.
What is your refund policy?
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
1. Training Classes, Playgroup & Private Gym SessionsAll purchases of group training classes, playgroup sessions, private gym rentals, packages, and memberships are final and non-refundable once the first scheduled class, session, or visit under that purchase has been completed. This applies regardless of whether the remaining sessions in a package or membership term are used.
Purchases canceled prior to the completion of the first class, session, or visit may be eligible for a refund or credit at the discretion of Zoom Room Clifton Park. We encourage clients to ask questions and, where offered, attend a free orientation or trial visit before enrolling, so they can make an informed decision before their first class is completed.
This policy is disclosed to clients in advance of purchase and is reflected in enrollment forms, membership agreements, and point-of-sale materials.
2. Retail MerchandiseRetail merchandise (including but not limited to apparel, gear, toys, and food/treats) may be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the item is:
- Unused and in its original, unopened condition
- Accompanied by all original tags, labeling, and packaging
- Presented with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions, or that are returned after 7 days, will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Perishable items (such as food or treats) that have been opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
3. Notice to New York ConsumersIn accordance with New York General Business Law § 218-a, this refund policy is conspicuously posted at our store entrance, at our point of sale, and on our website prior to purchase. If this policy is not posted at the time of a retail purchase, New York law entitles the buyer to a full cash refund or credit, at the buyer's option, for up to 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the merchandise is unused/undamaged and proof of purchase is available.
This policy does not affect any other rights you may have under New York or federal consumer protection law.

Parties: Parties must be cancelled at least one week in advance. If you need to cancel a party reservation, please call us.
Workshops: These enrollments cannot be cancelled online. We do not offer make-up lessons for workshops.
Punctuality: Entering the gym after class has started is a distraction we hope to avoid. Please try to be punctual. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, it will be treated the same as a no show.
No Show: If you are absent from class without any prior notice, you will be charged as if you had attended, i.e. you will lose that class credit.
