The American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior recommends socialization begin as early as 8 weeks—before full vaccination—in safe group settings. The critical window narrows at 16 weeks, but socialization remains valuable for life.

Monday: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday: Closed, Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Thursday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Sunday: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all classes and sessions are booked in advance. Your first step is a 30-minute Orientation where you'll tour the gym, meet the team, and learn how our training works. After that, you can book classes on a flexible schedule that works for you.
What is your refund policy?
Zoom Room Refund and Return Policy
- PRODUCTS: Unused items in unopened packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a receipt. Defective items may also be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Chewing damage is not a defect, since no toy is truly indestructible! Unopened dog food is returnable for store credit only. Electronic training equipment is non-returnable.
- GROUP CLASS AND PRIVATE TRAINING PASSES: Unused passes are refundable within 7 days of purchase, less a $35 administrative fee. If you've attended your first class or session, you may request a refund within 24 hours afterward, less the cost of one session and the $35 fee. After that, all sales are final.
- CONTRACT PRICING: If you are on a recurring contract, please refer to the terms of that contract, as they will supersede the policies listed here.
- WORKSHOPS/EVENTS: Refundable, less a $35 administrative fee, if requested at least 24 hours before the start time. No refunds within 24 hours of the start.
- OTHER SERVICES: All other services, including evaluations, private gym and playgroups, are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: Expiration dates for services are listed in your online account and cannot be extended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Parties: Parties must be cancelled at least one week in advance. If you need to cancel a party reservation, please call us.
Workshops: These enrollments cannot be cancelled online. We do not offer make-up lessons for workshops.
Punctuality: Entering the gym after class has started is a distraction we hope to avoid. Please try to be punctual. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, it will be treated the same as a no show.
No Show: If you are absent from class without any prior notice, you will be charged as if you had attended, i.e. you will lose that class credit.
