Zoom Room Arrowhead is an indoor dog training gym where you and your dog learn together. Training teaches commands. Socialization builds confidence.

The American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior recommends socialization begin as early as 8 weeks—before full vaccination—in safe group settings. The critical window narrows at 16 weeks, but socialization remains valuable for life.

What are your hours?
Monday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Thursday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Sunday: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Do I need an appointment?
Yes — all classes and sessions are booked in advance. Your first step is a 30-minute Orientation where you'll tour the gym, meet the team, and learn how our training works. After that, you can book classes on a flexible schedule that works for you.
What is your refund policy?
Zoom Room Refund and Return Policy
- PRODUCTS: Returns/exchanges within 30 days, with receipt. Items must be unused, in unopened packaging. Defective items are returnable within 30 days with receipt, but please note that no toy is truly indestructible! Electronic training equipment is non-returnable. Dog food returns for store credit only.
- GROUP CLASS AND PRIVATE TRAINING PASSES: Refundable within 7 days if unused, less a $35 administrative fee. Or refundable within 24 hours after taking the first class or session, less the cost of a single session and a $35 administrative fee. Otherwise, all sales are final.
- CONTRACT PRICING: If you are on a recurring contract, please refer to the terms of that contract, as they will supersede the policies listed here.
- WORKSHOPS/EVENTS: No refunds within 24 hours of the start of the workshop or event. Refund requests made prior will be honored less a $35 fee.
- OTHER SERVICES: All other services, including evaluations and playgroups, are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: See your account online for the expiration dates of your service purchases; these dates will not be extended.
What is your cancellation policy?
Parties: Parties must be cancelled at least one week in advance. If you need to cancel a party reservation, please call us.
Workshops: These enrollments cannot be cancelled online. We do not offer make-up lessons for workshops.
Punctuality: Entering the gym after class has started is a distraction we hope to avoid. Please try to be punctual. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class, it will be treated the same as a no show.
No Show: If you are absent from class without any prior notice, you will be charged as if you had attended, i.e. you will lose that class credit.
